Hi I'm Mike a Lvl one Ranger. I really like the Idea of having a class. So my first 6 week Challenge is 3 parts.
1.) Run a 5K running 3 days a week (using Run double a couch to 5K app)
2.) Perform 100 pushups.
3.) Track all of my meals.
4.) Post on my nerdfitness blog Daily with meal and exercise log for the prior day.
